Established in 2000 Classicslot aims to provide the enthusiast with the best prices on a wide range of cars and spares via mail order. Our offices are in South Cheshire with storage in North Staffordshire where space is cheap. We also run with just 3 staff hence the lack of telephone numbers on this website. We have a commitment to keeping prices low and we hope that customers understand that this can only be achieved by running tight and lean! This commitment to low prices does NOT mean 2nd rate service though; we believe that we achieve good service levels AND good prices by focussing hard on what is important to customers, ie good stock levels, at the best prices, delivered quickly!
What we do:
- Offer the best prices 365 days per year. If you find a better price published anywhere for a stock item we promise to beat it!!
- Carry large stocks of cars to allow us to serve you without delay.
- Ship orders within 24 hrs of payment wherever possible.
- Aim to provide customer service of the highest quality.
- Offer customers a returns policy that is second to non.
What we don’t do:
- Try and tie customers in with ‘loyalty schemes’.
- Offer free postage only to claw it back in higher base model prices.
- Operate high cost showrooms which result in higher prices.
- Bombard customers with spam ‘marketing’ emails
